Property Owners & Site Managers

Check with your local zoning office about specific codes and laws pertaining to building, permits and inspections. | Sylvania | Toledo | Perrysburg | Oregon, OH | Village of Ottawa Hills | Rossford | Holland | Maumee |

We will obtain contractor permits and schedule for inspections as required by your municipality. We will also place a utility locate request before digging.

Please obey and enforce all barricades. Placing objects on the concrete prematurely will damage the concrete. We are not liable for any damage which occurs to your concrete during the curing period. Letting your concrete cure before resuming regular activities is essential for the longevity of your concrete.

Please note: Your concrete will crack. We place control joints to relieve pressure and encourage the cracks to occur in specific locations. However, control joints are not a guarantee of where the cracks will occur.  We use rubber expansion at regular intervals, along with standard hand troweled or saw cut joints, strategically placed to encourage pressure relief throughout the concrete.

DO NOT USE SALT on your concrete. Using salt will significantly degrade the surface of your concrete. Purchase salt-free DE-ICER instead.

We work hard to maintain the safety and integrity of the areas around and leading to the job site. We will barricade the job area, as well as possibly place temporary track-like barriers down to protect your lawn from our machines and foot traffic.

We strive to leave the finished site looking as clean and complete as possible.
